DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders ship via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-3 business days for domestic orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping.

Due to the impact of COVID-19 and as we take precautions to keep our warehouse employees safe, there may be delays in shipping orders. Our shipping partners may also experience delays. We appreciate your extended patience and understanding during this time. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship via Passport Shipping, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Duties and taxes are prepaid and calculated at checkout. International shipments take 8-14 days for delivery.

Please note: due to COVID-19 precautions, packages may take longer than expected to process. Your Estimated Delivery Date may be updated based on new information and data from your country. In addition to delays, select countries have suspended shipping. Our partners at Passport are updating in real time and we will provide more information as it becomes available to us.

Once your order is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. We are not able to ship to P.O. box addresses and cannot change shipping addresses once an order is submitted.

Orders are not shipped with signature required unless this shipping method is selected at checkout. Verrone Swim is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages shipped without signature required to confirmed correct delivery address.
